Always and Forever notes

Rusty and I have a board on the wall that has our notes.

• Always say I love you
• Always try to do nice things for each other
• Kiss each other every morning and night and in between
• Date night once a week
• Always ask how their day went and give compliments
• Always do things together
• Try to work out 3 times a week together

Temple Goals

• Read and Pray
• CTR
• Go to Church
• FHE
• Get Temple Recommend/priesthood

We haven't been perfect at all these but we've done pretty darn good.

These things make our day way better and our relationship is going strong.

Everyone says the first year is the hardest..is it still coming or am I missing something?!

Some days I am bored out of my mind.

Rusty has been working 70 hour weeks.

Yes that's good for the bank but I miss him.

He's been extremely tired and I work late.

We work a lot.

I finally got the deli.

I started training at Starbucks too.

Ironic I know.

But I am getting more hours and I am going to train as a Pharmacy Clerk as well.

I have just been moved around the whole store.

It's weird to be new again and not have a clue about anything since I don't drink coffee.

But it's getting better. 

Rusty's cancer is still good.

A year out! It's gone by so fast!

Clean Bill of Health.

Every two months we have to go back to NM for check ups now.

So we've been praying where we need to be to go to school and not have to drive so much

 but we'll see..

The launcher and the boys!

Eli text me last week and asked if we worked the next day.

The first Sunday we both have had off in awhile.

Since we did Ethan and Eli decided to come down and surprise Rusty.

It didn't work since Rusty noticed Eli's car. :)
Eli bought a gun and the next day we took out the launcher that he built.

Poor Ethan, broke his collar bone chasing a can and tripped over nothing..haha

Rusty tried to help Ethan get the thing to launch.

Looks a little weird!

We went to my parents to see if they have oranges and we got a tennis ball and it went pretty far.

My dad thought it was awesome!

Rusty's brothers are awesome!

They have a strong bond and I am glad that they are starting to really like me too.

They are trying to decide which one of us (Rusty or I) is more of a sweetheart.

I take that as a compliment.



Valentines Day

We were not planning on much.

We both had to work till late.

But I woke up that morning to a note on the table.

Saying I love you!

That night I got home and when i waked in there were all these sour straws on the floor

and a boxof chocolate with a rose!

My husband is such a sweetheart!



Baby Sitting

4 days

Friday to Tuesday at midnight

4 kids

I became a mom overnight 

I got a call asking if i would watch her four kids while her and her husband went to Florida.

It went better than I thought. 

I woke up at 6 thirty almost every morning to either get the 3 kids to school or they were awake.

Saturday i made them clean and we went to the park.

Sunday I took them to my parents ward and Kortnee came back with us but ended up sleeping the whole time.

I made breakfast, lunches, and cooked dinner.

Changed dippers, gave them baths, and of course took pictures!

He loved his hair done. Rusty and I did his hair everyday!

We had some trouble getting him ready for sunday!

I also did Bella's hair!

After church we watched a movie!

All ready for school!

They loved their cowboy boots!

This little guy became my favorite! or in other words "my super cute kid"

Austin was the little guy that stayed home the whole time with me.

One morning everyone was calling each other ugly. I walked into Austin's room to change his dipper and he was telling Colton that he was not ugly. I turned to Austin and I said "You are not ugly you are a super cute kid" for the rest of the time there every once in awhile I heard him say "Jamee I am a super cute kid" :) made me laugh every time. One night he yelled my name and I went into his room and he said "we need to say a prayer" aww..So I said a prayer just for him. Austin would call Rusty Daddy. But Colton would make sure we knew he was his daddy's boy. We couldn't do his hair because he wanted to do it like his dad showed him. :) 

There were ups and downs where i said I have had enough because the kids wouldn't listen and it didn't help I didn't have enough sleep (one night Colton came into my room at two in the morning because he's tummy hurt) and I would break down. Others I am like I could handle four kids. 

Austin was my favorite though. He was so helpful and just put a smile on my face! 

And it doesn't help to get paid either to watch kids.

Christmas..

The time to refelct and remember the Birth of the Savior..

Came too fast!

I couldn't beleive it was Christmas.

Presents..hadn't even thought of it.

Whose family do we do first go see?

Well turns out everyone loves us so we were going to split the day.

We were going to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas till noon

and then we were going to drive up to Josh and Aubrey's.

Wednesday

Josh and Ashley came down.

Rusty and I spent the moments we were not working getting gifts and spending it at the parents house!

Playing games like Uno..and we went on a hike Christmas eve.

Rusty had to work so he wasn't able to come.. :(

Lets just say my dad loves Saguaro's 

 

After the hike and work we went to my parents to play some uno! 

My dad's favorite! It lasted a long time! 

This is one of the only games that my dad will actually play! 

Right before we came the trunk of my car hit my face.

 It wouldn't stop bleeding. It hurt so bad!! 

We went to church as a family! Then came home to open presents!

Yes Kort is wearing this!

We went then left and here's the other part of our christmas..

We wrapped his pants for a gift :) he was really upset that we didn't bring them. 

We got him!

We got Caden this gun that shoots a flying bird and every three times he falls.

My favorite! All the boys had this same look!

We all got play-dough in our stockings and got timed to make something and then the others voted whose was best.
